This is quite a common thing among ppl nowadays. We hear wad ppl are saying but are we actually listening to wad they are really trying to say? At this time and age where speed determines everything, except for a guy's capabilities, ppl often dun stop, take a step back and really look at the shit's that has been going on.

Doing real life ops in camps is different from the daily training regime some other units go through, cuz in ops, ppl have to take responsibility. there isnt a regimentation reinforced beside ops deal with reality, and in reality, change really is the only constant. when ppl arent under a regimentation, and when the big R responsibility is shoved up their puny ass, ppl start to show their true characters.

Some ppl are good frens, good colleagues; good frens bad colleagues; bad frens bad colleagues. Ppl who loves attention, ie if there's a credit to be claim, a chance to be recognise, one would put in his upmost efforts; if there isnt credits to be claim, he'll just sit back and be so totally inactive. plain selfish.

So we recently have a junior who's the most unique, one of a kind in this world. he is wad i would rank as bad fren, bad colleague. in fact, i dun think anyone in my team really considers him a fren cuz he frankly doesnt deserve the respect. it takes too long to explain the whole biography of this pea brain but there's something i would wan to highlight. i've nv imagine there's someone with the personality that he has. imagine someone that is so stubborn and has a really retarded brain that always thinks wadever he does is right. and when u try to prove him wrong, he'll give the silliest reasons u would ever hear and maintain his point. u can talk all the bull shit u wan( i think i clock more than 8 hours fucking him along with my teammates) but if some ppl just dun wan to listen, there isnt really much shit we can do about it. the greatest thing is he isnt stupid at all, cuz he knows how to act in front of upper management and when talking to us his true colour shows. ultimate, i dun even know how to describe in detail.

however this doesnt really apply to army, cuz after all, ppl in army come from the real world. when ppl tell u something, listen, digest and in the case of mistakes wadsoever, learn from it and not when something similar arises, u commit the same bullshit. it pisses ppl off. it makes ppl like me, wan to tear the backsides of ppl like u. but sadly, ppl who normally hear and dun listen who are reading this are probably just reading and chucking it aside not bothering a shit about it. just like how a leopard nv changes it spots, or how george bush nv gets smart, or how pap will always rule s'pore, some ppl just dun change. lifes like that.
