im often perceived as a pretty lazy couch potato type of living object. and i dun really find anything wrong with that. well, being lazy, i of course like to leave my things hanging all around. But somehow or rather, a lazy person seems to be able to find his things in that junkyard of his. Amazing? lol. anyway, the point i was trying to make is, i left my can of hello panda ( yes..a CAN of hello panda, they now come in cans in case u guys didnt know. but of course, if a LAZY SLOTH like me knows, surely u smart hardworking diligent ppl will know 0=) ) on my cpu, cuz my puny brain deemed the cpu as the best storage for my hello pandas, and also its the most convienent place to take from in case i get hungry from using the com. so one day, i picked up the can and to my horror, it was warm. a split nano-second later, i realised the heat was from my cpu -.- ok fine, so i didnt really mind eating it. and guess wad? it tasted absolutely delicious like the best tasting panda i've ever eaten. APPARENTLY..the heat from my cpu made the chocolate in the pandas soft and warm and fluffy and basically..MORE melted. lol. go try it. u just need a can or packet of hello pandas, a computer, and a lazy personality (=

oh wait..but that's not the point of my entry today. lol. my maths teacher once said to our class.. r = (i + 2j + 10k) + t(5j + 2k) is the vector equation but r is a position vector of a general point in space. and that if we asked anyone, they would think r is a vector equation. but again, that's not the point!

the point is, in a diff maths tutorial in a completely different day, he told our class, "relationships shouldn't be build on lies."

Mr Teo shall give u slow learners a few minutes to think about it.(so kind )

he then goes on to tell us about this fren he knew of that got married to someone. i cant really remember wad the specific details were, so i'll just substitute it with something i know. Ok, let this fren and his wife be Mr XXX and Ms YYY.

Mr XXX did not like to go shopping, but when he started chasing Ms YYY, he was willing to do anything to spend time with her. As such, he tag along with her to window shop everytime. Ms YYY did not like pokemon, but MR XXX adores them like mad and would often be seen playing pokemon TCG (trading card game) at the void deck with some primary sch kids. But as she wanted to get to know XXX more, she decided to break her piggybank and buy all the pokemon cards she can lay her hands on. After that, she painstakingly learn all the rules and what nots about the game to play with XXX. After a few years, they were happily married and they became MR and MRS XXX. So one stormy night, they disagreed on something and started to quarrel. As the quarrel went on, they began saying stuff they soon will regret.

That night, Mr XXX found out that YYY did not like pokemon cards at all. he was so utterly destroyed that he tore all his wife's rare foil cards. Mrs YYY also found out that XXX accompanied her to window shop because he wanted to know her and spend more time with her. But he hated the ordeals his wife puts him through before and after they married. They thrashed out everything which each other and soon found out that both of them actually did not like the hobbies of one and other but had kept it a secret. They soon became Mr XXX and Ms YYY.

The morale of the story: Do not based your relationships on compromises and lies. When the relationship kick starts, couples would do anything to spend more time with their spouses, even do things they hate. But when the relationship brews on, more and more lies piles up and they may eventually break down.

So, as we all know, the story doesnt end here, or your GP essay will barely pass and your AQ for paper 2 will score a mere 2 marks. The age old formula of ensuring healthy relationships is compromise + accomodation. If the guy wasnt able to compromise with the girl's needs, he will be seen as non-gentlemanly. If the girl wasn't accomodating with the guy's flaws, she can be seen as haughty. that may be how to outsiders perceive it. But within the couple, they might grow unhappy with each other when they do no give way when a decision has to be made. By failing to compromise, a lot of friction is created between the couple and sparks fly more frequently than others.

Most often, its the guys who do not give way to the girls that creates a hell lot of problems. These class of homosapiens are known as MCPs..male ch..vinistic pigs. England lousy. Their pride gets the better of them and their girlfriend becomes like a good of theirs, happy happy scold, not happy ditch and change a new one. poor girls.

So..A little compromising goes a long way in enhancing the quality of your relationship. true?

In the end, would it be better to be a big fat liar? or a straightfoward, baddie boyfriend? should we compromise and live our relationships in lies? or be frank with each other? How much can we actually compromise with each other, and when to be frank?

However, one must note that all relationships are different because they involve 2 very different individual. how much u can actually compromise vary from person to person. some couples may even work based on being frank with each other.

-the best things in life are left unseen-

After living on this dirt place for so long, i've come to realise that there's more to this phrase than meets the eye.
